The Consultation Companion

A. Pre-Visit Coordination

• Appointment Confirmation: We call the clinic 24 hours prior to confirm the slot and check for delays. 
• File Organization: Our CareKnight arrives 15 minutes early to organize previous reports and prescriptions chronologically for the doctor’s review. 
• Ride Management: We book the cab (Uber/Ola) or coordinate with your family driver. Own car option available upon request. 

B. During the Visit (The “Advocacy” Layer)

• Door-to-Door Mobility: Physical assistance from bedroom to car, car to clinic waiting room. Wheelchair assistance included if needed. 
• Registration Handling: We stand in queues. The patient sits comfortably while we handle registration forms, token collection, and payment counters. 
• Doctor Interaction (with patient’s consent): 
  
  1. We accompany the patient into the consultation chamber (if the patient and doctor permit).
  2. We present the medical history clearly.
  3. We record the doctor’s instructions via voice notes or written notes (only if doctor permits) regarding diet, dosage changes, follow-up timeline.
