This is our signature deliverable. After every service, the registered family contact receives a Digital Visit Summary via WhatsApp/Email within 3 hours of visit completion (with patient’s consent): 

• The “Medical Minute”: Bullet-point summary of exactly what the doctor said (e.g., “Stop Amlodipine 5mg, start Telmisartan 40mg for 30 days, recheck BP after 2 weeks”). 
• Prescription Copy: Clear, scanned photo of the new prescription and any investigation reports issued. 
• Next Steps Calendar: Follow-up appointment details sent as a calendar invite so you never miss it. 
• Expense Tracker: Photo receipts of all bills (pharmacy, cab, doctor fees) for complete transparency. 
• Proof of Wellness: A photo (with consent) of the patient safely back home, settled comfortably. 

Privacy Guarantee: Reports are shared only with the registered family contact. Patient consent is obtained before any photos or audio recordings. All sensitive data is deleted at 90 days of the service completion.
