Refund Policy 

• Service fee refunds: 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. 50% cancellation charges if cancelled  less than 24 hours from the time of service 
• Pre-paid float refunds: Unused balance refunded within 24 hours of visit completion with receipt documentation 
• Refund method: Same mode as original payment (UPI, bank transfer, PayPal) 
• Processing time: 3–5 business days for bank transfers, instant for UPI 

Dispute resolution: Contact our Medical Coordinator within 48 hours of service delivery for any billing disputes.
