Price: ₹3,500 per day (overtime: ₹200/hour)

- Your parent is scheduled for cataract surgery at a private hospital and you’re working that day
- Your spouse needs an endoscopy under sedation and cannot be left alone post-procedure
- Your elderly relative requires weekly dialysis and needs consistent, reliable companionship

Scope of Service
A. The Admission Manager
- TPA & Insurance Paperwork: The most stressful part of hospital visits. We handle the TPA desk, fill admission forms, manage insurance pre-authorization queries so the family can be at peace before hospitalization.
- Luggage & Settle-In: We carry the overnight bag, ensure the patient is comfortable in the ward/waiting area, keep valuables safe.
B. The Waiting Room Anchor
- Surgeon Liaison: We stay at the hospital throughout the procedure. When the surgeon comes out to update the family, we’re there to receive the news and relay it to you instantly.
- Family Updates: Hourly text updates to your WhatsApp (e.g., “Patient taken to OT at 10:15 AM,” “Surgery started,” “Moved to recovery room – vitals stable”).
C. Discharge & Recovery
- Discharge Summary Review: We cross-check the discharge summary to ensure no files or instructions are missing.
- Transport Coordination: We arrange a comfortable, smooth ride home (keeping in mind post-surgery sensitivity to jerks/bumps).
- Home Settle-In: We ensure the patient is in bed, has water and prescribed medicines within reach, understands immediate post-op precautions, and family is updated before we sign off.
What’s not included: Post-operative nursing care at home (we can refer partner agencies), emergency overnight ICU stays, long-distance inter-city travel (custom quote required).
